A Little About Us

Pro Clean is a Soft Wash Roof and Exterior Cleaning company. Pro clean Exteriors was started in 2014 by Rick Fairbanks in response to the need of custom homeowners needing quality exterior maintenance done on their properties. From the late 70’s thru early 90’s The Fairbanks Company was one of the upstate’s premier custom home builders. With homes built in Collins Creek, Chaunessy, Green Valley, Chanticleer, River Walk, Barrington Park, Caesars Head and on Paris Mountain, as well as developing and building medical parks and buildings, we established a reputation for excellent craftsmanship and value with our clients..

As some of these properties have aged we have seen the demand for quality exterior cleaning services increase. Whether it’s having your roof cleaned, a deck or fence restored, or something as simple as a brick patio or driveway cleaned, we can help. Many people are looking to sell their larger homes and downsize and need an exterior house freshening prior to putting on the market. We have modern equipment and are soft washing experts. Being landscaping fanatics we do everything possible to protect your property while cleaning and generally only use high pressure when cleaning hard surfaces such as drives and walkways.

We are active members of the Roof Cleaning Institute of America and the United Association of Mobile Contract Cleaners and attend numerous training seminars throughout the year to learn the latest and most efficient techniques as well as gain knowledge and stay abreast of new detergents and equipment. We use the absolute best cleaning products available on the market today,  even though they may often cost more, we feel our clients deserve the best. Pro Clean’s  number one goal is complete client satisfaction while protecting our environment by using the safest cleaning products available.
